Eligard
My PSA keep rising. Today, PSA went up to 2.25.1 from 1.1 (March). Doctor told me that he never had a patient Eligard does not work at all at the beginning. He asked me to go thru with PSMA scan and start to take Xtandi. He said there is a possibility I may also go thru with a testicle removal surgery

Bio Identical Progesterone Therapy

Estrogen patch to improve quality of life
Could the men here who use estrogen patches at "just to feel good" levels comment on your experience? Mr. Spouse21 will be getting spot radiation to a single spinal tumor very soon. Thanks to everyone who encouraged that instead of Pluvicto at this time. His two oncologists agreed as did a radiation

Sleeping w/out THC for the first time in 5 years
I'm still trying to figure out several PD issues that I think are related to the estrogen patch I started about a year ago, and I intend to post about that eventually, but I wanted to give a quick update because my severe insomnia seems to be resolved. The last time I tried sleeping without THC was

High thyroid hormone link to low estrogen
Hi all, does anyone know if going through an early menopause which is causing estrogen levels to fall create a higher blood concentration of thyroid hormone levels. Please include links, no guessing please. Also after a few months on thyroid lowering drugs, folic acid levels have dropped below range

Differences between oral, vaginal, patches and injectable estrogen?
Hello everyone, does anyone know if there are differences between oral, vaginal, patches and injectable estrogen for boosting the lining? I have had spotting while on progynova and patches, and while my doctor assures me that is normal, it still unnerves me so I would like to try another form of estrogen

Feelings post egg retrieval
I had my first egg retrieval on Monday. All went well and we got 20 eggs, 12 of which have fertilised, so I'm really pleased with that. I was initially quite bloated and crampy for a couple of days, but that's subsided, however I'm having some other symptoms that I can't quite pin down a cause for. Since

Managing OHSS risk
I'm on my first IVF cycle and due for egg collection on Monday. We always knew I was high risk for OHSS as I have PCOS, and had an AMH of 205 initially, (which has reduced to 45 on Metformin), so were always planning to freeze the eggs from this cycle. My estrogen at day 5 of stims was around 3500 and

Hello all,Can anyone explain to me the process of a FET in this scenario? Or any time lines/experiences of it. Any tips for Natural Modified FET (boost lining)?
Hi everyone, I have a persistent thinnish lining (around 6 to 7mm) after an episode of abnormal bleeding between periods (turned out to be silent endo and a polyp that did not show up on ultrasound). Before that, 11mm was my average. After failing a recent FET, my doctor decided to monitor my lining
