My PSA keep rising. Today, PSA went up to 2.25.1 from 1.1 (March). Doctor told me that he never had a patient Eligard does not work at all at the beginning. He asked me to go thru with PSMA scan and start to take Xtandi. He said there is a possibility I may also go thru with a testicle removal surgery. Is there anybody who has similar experience? Last night, BTW, I started using Estrogen Gel without telling the MO, hoping this m ay be a small help. It is a nightmare...... do I need to change a doctor or hospital. I am treated in a New York univ. hospital cancer center.

If Eligard does not work I would try Orgovyx instead.

I do not know the exact number of testosterone. But it could be a little more than 130.

Doctoir said that the T level is way too high and Eligard does not work to lower the number.

Then try Orgovyx, it is a very effective drug which lowers T quickly: orgovyx.com/

Eligard "works" if your testosterone is at castration level. It sounds like you are becoming castration-resistant. Consider adding apalutamide or enzalutamide.

One month ago, Doctor changed the drug from Eligard to Xtandi + Zoladex, It seems to work. The PSA went down from 2.25 to 0.18, and Testosterone went down to 23 from 1080. Why Eilgard not works and Zoladex work??? The are same drug which removes testosteron????? I thought Zoladex is used for women and Lupron works for men? is that not true????

They are diferent drugs. I'm glad you found one that works for you.
