Differences between oral, vaginal, patches and injectable estrogen?

Hello everyone, does anyone know if there are differences between oral, vaginal, patches and injectable estrogen for boosting the lining?

I have had spotting while on progynova and patches, and while my doctor assures me that is normal, it still unnerves me so I would like to try another form of estrogen if possible.

Wondering if one is better than the other. Thank you!

Hi Han I. Speed of absorption. Injection is quickest if boosting a lining. Patches for lose doses. Angina and oral , 29-30 minutes absorption. Hope whichever goes well. Diane

I have it orally and vaginal. Durring one of my cycles I had a little spotting, clinic told me not to worry but they said they’d scan me if it continued. Its important to drink plenty and some excercise helps with blood flow which is very important for the lining to grow x
