My 46 Month Transdermal Estradiol (tE2) Update
During the time that I was searching for articles on DES, a 'Thai ladyboy' who happened to be having lunch with Natalie and me was digging through 'her' purse and pulled out a tube of '

Coping with fibroids
Hi ladies, I have posted before about struggling with fibroids (I have groups of small clusters in my uterine wall) whilst trying to conceive but it’s getting worst and whilst I am waiting to see a gyno specialist (feel like this could be years away and private treatment is way beyond our means) I wondered

Norethisterone
Does anyone use norethisterone as a daily progesterone alongside Oestrogen, to help control bleeding? Bleeding is the bane of my life right now and I would give anything to just not bleed when on HRT. I’m meant to be post menopausal, but since December 2020, I have bled on and off whilst on HRT. I

CFS and RT3 - any advice?
My (utterly pathetic) private endo took 25 mins at £10 per min to diagnose me with CFS this week. I’d already been offered this diagnosis by my equally incompetent GP around 3 years ago. They call it a ‘diagnosis of exclusion’, in other words, they don’t know and if it’s not depression, it must be CFS

Failed FET. What to do next? What to ask for?
This has probably been asked 101 times but I hope you don't mind me asking again. So far I have had 2 Frozen Embryo Transfers first one ended in early miscarriage and 2nd one didn't take. The first time I was on oral estrogen 2x 2mg three times a day and 2x 200mg progesterone pessaries twice a day

Estrogen Blocker - Anastrozole
Hello Teal Sisters, This is an ongoing dilemma for me would appreciate your input and personal experience with estrogen blockers. My Gyno/Onc wants me to take the above 1mg for 2 years my Oncologist doesn't recommend it because there's no proven data behind it in my type, I'm 3B, Low Grade, Endometrioid

I’m 44, do I need HRT? Please help!
My periods stopped all of a sudden when I was 43 back in September 2020. They came back in July 2021 for 3 months. Although the first two were only 22 days apart. Then they stopped again in September 2021. I’ve had awful sleep issues, extreme hair loss, extremely dry skin, aches and pains. Brain fog

Qlaira pills
hello everyone! first of all, I hope this message is not inaccurate. I previously asked two moderators about it but as I didn't get a response I decided to take the risk. I don't know if anyone else had the same problem I faced when trying to buy Qlaira pills here (a combined oral contraceptive pill

Went to the doctor today:
Well I was taken seriously at the Dr today. I am going now ….. to a specialist She has ordered ultrasounds Lab work (ok I’m used to that). She said endometriosis doesn’t show up on anything but laparoscopic tests. She said let’s get to the bottom of this . I swear she had tears in her eyes. (Slight

Non-alcoholic drinks
Since being diagnosed with endometrioid epithelial ovarian cancer in November 2021 and then being told my cancer was oestrogen receptor positive I have taken the decision to actively try to reduce the level of oestrogen in my body and this includes reducing my alcohol intake. I am currently teetotal

5th attempt - first frozen embryo transfer on 28th March
So the 2WW is with us after our first frozen embryo transfer yesterday. It’s been a mediated cycle and the first one we’ve used blood thinners and steroids. Also on extra progesterone this time so on lubion injections once a day as well as the pessaries 3 times a day. Taking oestrogen 4 times a day also
