Best natural anti anxiety remedy
Hi, I was wondering what natural treatments people are taking to help with the anxiety that a lot of us with T have to deal with every day ? Does 5-htp work ? How about St Johns wort and L Theanine ? Which seems to work best for you ?

I am a healthy 79 year old woman who still runs one marathon a year. Had tinnitus suddenly occur in both ears. My question is does anyone associate tinnitus with HRT or dementia?

Euthyroid Thyroid Eye Disease
I have had problems with one eye for 9 months now. Started with gritty feeling, watering eye. Inflammation and baggy eye bags. Then fatty bumps appeared to be coming through above one eye, and one eye ball seems slightly higher than the other, and pushed forward slightly. Then came the double vision

Old Guy Update
I was diagnosed in November 2020 with stage 4 Ductal adenocarcinoma of the prostate. I had EBRT and 24 months of ADT which was terminated in October of 2022. My PSA at that time was undetectable and my Testosterone was also undetectable. It’s now July 2024, and my PSA is 0.2 and my Testosterone is 10

PSA at 0.285
I had my RP last January but the cancers had sneaked out to my lymph node already (no other met) so my PSA was always detectable. I started hormonal therapy last April and my PSA went down right away. It had been that way till this week ( PSA was up and down, the lowest was 0.02, usually was 0.05.).

Can I trust a second opinion?
It's not that I don't trust my MO, but he seems to be quite SOC, and doesn't offer options unless I bring them up. Which I have been doing. I even seem to have a reputation for having good questions. Which I am glad to hear, but frankly I don't feel I'm as well educated as all that 🙄. It could be that

Silent Reflux and B12 Deficiency- Any Link?
Hello! I was diagnosed with low B12 following a blood test in December last year, on injections but only had 3 of the 6 loading doses then was moved on to one every three months due to severe side effects that worried my GP. Had my first of the 3 monthly ones a few weeks ago and all went well. I saw

The continuing saga of Scout and Coco, Not all change is welcome.
It is with sadness that I report that My "vacation" may come to an abrupt end . After cruising along with an Undetectable PSA for a little over 2+ years, my recent test results indicate a PSA of 0.03 and my Testosterone jumped from <7 to 13. The good news is my T is coming back but it looks like

Need for less thyroid hormone replacement in summer
Hello everyone, Just a general question as to whether any of you find that you need less thyroid hormone in the summer months? I’ve been well on a dose of combination t4/t3 for about 8 months now- having found my sweet spot last October. However over the past couple of weeks I’ve been experiencing

Advice on blood test results
10 years after full thyroidectomy (goitre with 4 nodules) and years of somewhat very unstable hormone replacement levels (on levothyroxine only), here are my most recent blood tests done early morning without taking Levothyroxine: 0.48TSH and Free T4: 12.4 I had asked a full panel but got this only
