NSAID warning if TTC
Apparently there is no lasting issue so if you stop using
NSAIDs
your ovulation will likely return within one cycle. I was was completely unaware of this until I did some research and when I questioned my gynaecologist he was also unaware.

MIXING PRED WITH IBUPROFEN AND OMEPRASOLE
I think I’m right in saying pred should be taken a few hours away from
NSAIDs
? Would ranitidine be a better stomach protector, if omeprasole does not help?

Restless legs, is this a symptom of lupus?
The pains in my legs have been so bad my sleep has been compromised and I've needed
NSAIDS
to reduce the pain levels in my knees and ankles.

Management of Inflammatory Rheumatic Conditions in the Elderly
The necessity of using
NSAIDs
and GCs sparingly has also been stressed, [90] but recommendations concerning GC use in elderly RA patients are lacking.

Anyone got any experience of Naproxen and other NSAID's in Chronic Pelvic/Chronic Non Bacterial Prostatitis Inflammation?
I want something to get the inflammation down in the groin area. I've had Naproxen for sometime but I have been reluctant to take it because I've read that it can spark off Ulcerative Colitis - and I do have anal symptoms as well as front ones. Some studies recommend it though Any thoughts?

I have the added complication of having a bleeding disorder, so no
NSAIDS
, or supplements like turmeric or fish oil. I chose to not go on Prednisone at the time I was diagnosed because I'm so scared of it.

Why are docs so eager to get us off prednisone?
If
NSAIDs
(Aleve=naproxen) relieve the aches, they aren’t PMR. I hope. But the first couple months off pred were a real roller coaster. About a 3-day cycle of feeling good, feeling bad and considering asking for a referral to a Rheumatologist, then feeling better.

Research on Ibuprofen and other NSAIDs
The title of the study is ‘Expert reaction to
NSAIDs
and atrial fibrillation’ and the following conclusions were drawn: •Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug use was associated with a 12% increased risk for atrial fibrillation incidence (relative risk 1.12, 95% confidence interval 1.06 to 1.18).

CBD oil - hints, tips and general advice?
I can’t take
nsaids
and I’m fed up with taking stronger and stronger painkillers to try and sleep at night due to hip pain in particular so I figured it was worth a try.

I don't drink caffeine or take aspirin or
NSAIDs
because the RLS is 10x worse if I do.

Does PMR “cause” OA, etc.?
As taking
NSAIDs
seems to relieve most of my discomfort (though not the stiffness after sitting), I’m thinking it’s not the PMR rearing its ugly head. But why all these other previously non-existent conditions? I did not have (symptomatic) OA before PMR, and never had wrist problems.

Systemic Inflammatory Syndrome (SIS) in Advanced Prostate Cancer
When the symptoms started to appear, I was taking
NSAIDs
almost non-stop and that worked pretty well to reduce the pain and fever. Within a week of starting treatment, these symptoms went away.

WHO Analgesic pain ladder
In CKD there are concerns that some medicines e.g
NSAIDs
long-term use can damage the health of the kidneys. For those people trying to manage long-term chronic pain, this can be a problem.
