Zoladex - scared to come off it!
RANT ALERT; I keep being told by my gynae that I will need to come off Zoladex injections at some point. Obviously I’m aware of this, I’ve just become so dependent on them to live a semi-normal life. Obviously not the life I imagined but that’s endo for you! Kicks you down! I’ve been off Zoladex injections

Starting a family
Hi everyone, I have literally only just signed up to this so I am getting myself familiarised with how it works. I was wondering whether any of you have been or are in a similar situation to myself. So myself and my wife have been trying to start a family , going through a private clinic whereby we have

Pain whilst on Zoladex
Hello everyone, I was just wondering if anyone still continued to experience symptoms whilst not having a period. For me I'm on my 8th month of Zoladex after a laparoscopy with ablation and I'm experiencing nausea, leg pains, back pain and ovary pains. Nowhere near as bad as the symptoms my period would

LUPRRon OR ZOLADEX
Along with Zytiga ( abiraterone) I am on 3 monthly injection of Zoladex ( gosarellin). My PSA is undetectable. I have noticed that most people seem to be on 3 monthly injection of Lupron. I’m in Vancouver Canada. They both do a similar thing but has anyone tried the 2 or switched from one to the other

3 step cyst removal
Has anyone had the 3 step procedure for endometrioma removal - the Zoladex, drainage, and then 2nd op to get the cyst out? If so what size was your endometrioma?

Deep endometriosis
Hi everyone. I have suffered with chronic severe pain for years. In January this year I was sent for an urgent referral to the hospital for suspected cervical cancer. I got the all clear for that but after talking to the specialist he did a pelvic exam and felt endometriotic nodules. I then had a diagnostic

Approved Treatment Options for HR+, HER2- Postmenopausal Women
•Tamoxifen (
Nolvadex
) or Fareston (Toremifene) alone (rarely used as a first-line therapy). Second Line Hormonal and Targeted Treatment Options for Postmenopausal Patients in the US depend upon what endocrine therapy had previously been taken: •Possibly any of the above therapies.

Advice on TTC, pain and diet please!
Hi everyone, just after some advice from people please. Had laparoscopy for endo in 2015, had Zoladex post surgery which seemed to initially help then about a year later symptoms returned. Since then I've been back to back on the pill as advised by my doctor and was on gapabentin for pain. I came off

Swollen, painful hands
I've been on ADT (Zoladex) for six months and am three months past a 40-day course of external beam radiation. Gleason score 9. About a month ago, my hands and to a lesser extent my feet began to swell. Soon thereafter, it became painful to open and close my hands and almost impossible to make a fist

Do chocolate cysts disappear on their own?
I was recently admitted to hospital with severe abdominal pain, initially thinking it was a bad flare up. Turns out I have an endometrioma (chocolate cyst) on my left ovary. I’m currently on Zoladex, it was left that they would monitor the cyst and my pain over the next couple of months. Is it likely

Next line of treatment: too many options
Hello all, I would be so grateful for some advice or thoughts on my dad's situation. He's 70 y/o, diagnosed metastatic PC in March 2018, with numerous mets to many bones. We were caught off guard--he was (and still is) physically feeling pretty well. At its highest, PSA was 56. He's being treated by

Zoladex following a subtotal hysterectomy (?)
Hi there. I am 47 yrs old had a subtotal hysterectomy in March 19 and as I am still in pain have just been prescribed Zoladex by my Consultant 3.6 mg x 3 months . I have also had 'some' spotting but certainly not like a period. Additionally been referred for a scan re: suspected left ovarian cyst.
