Advice on TTC, pain and diet please!

Hi everyone, just after some advice from people please.

Had laparoscopy for endo in 2015, had Zoladex post surgery which seemed to initially help then about a year later symptoms returned. Since then I've been back to back on the pill as advised by my doctor and was on gapabentin for pain.

I came off gabapentin recently and obviously my pain has returned majorly!! Me and my partner are wanting to start trying for a baby soon and I just wondered if anyone else has been in a similar situation? Do I need to check if my endo has grown back before we start trying? Will back to backing the pill have done any good?! And is there any particular foods to to have/avoid? I've heard people mention the keto diet.
