After 11 years, dad has started chemo for the first time
Hey all, dad was diagnosed in Feb 2012 (removed prostate right away), metastasized to the coccyx in 2019. Been on Zoladex (for life), Zytiga, Xtandi, etc. Now that his PSA is very slowly increasing (been going up since 2019 from below 0.30 to now at 2.0+), his oncologist recommended we enroll him in

painful cramping
Hi everyone So, I had laparoscopy/laparotomy almost 4 weeks ago. Small patch of endo was found as well as adhesions. My bowel was stuck to my left falopian tube and womb which had to be separated and repaired. Over the last few days, I have been having extremely painful cramps - exactly the same

Hello,Just wanted to share my experience and ask if anyone has had similar. The gyne has put me on zoladex for diagnostic purposes. At around 3 weeks after my first injection I had a whole week pain free, despite during week 2 being so bad I was using a wheel chair. It was such a relief as I've had such

Zoladex for adhesions, cysts and Adeno
Hi I've been suffering with such severe endo pain recently I've ended up in hospital twice. A MRI has shown a large ovarian cyst, and lots of adhesions on my left side, including my bowel. I'm also being checked for Womb cancer, but is most likely to be Adenomyosis. Either way, I'm now on Gabepentin

Zoladex & Fainting
I have severe endometriosis & adenomyosis, I am now on a waiting list for a full Hysterectomy but that wait is about 1 year yet. I have previously had the prostap injections & used to faint a bit when I had it. I forgot this and have stared having zoladex and have started having the dizziness & nearly

zoladex headaches
After suffering with endo for several years I have now had the zoladex injection. I’m due for my next month one on Tuesday but so far my experience hasn’t been great. First week severe stomach pain and bloating which eased and then an awful period. That went and I’m now left with horrendous headaches

zoladex implant
Hi!! I’m on a 6 month course of zoladex injections and last week had my 4th. I’ve noticed this particular time the injection site was very itchy and this evening I’ve noticed a pellet shaped lump under my skin!! It’s very red and very itchy! It’s almost like the pellet is being rejected and pushed up

Hi everyone I’m new here. I got diagnosed stage 4 endo in September just gone, through a laparoscopy. Thought surgery might of eased my pains, however I’ve just had a second period since my surgery and the amount of pain I was in was unbearable. I couldn’t stand up, never mind walk, screaming and

Zoladex - decrease in bone density/severe joint pain
Hello, I am well over a year on monthly Zoladex injections, and the past few months I have been experiencing some severe joint pain in both hands and right hip/pelvis. I had recently moved house so put it down to the lifting etc but it has seem to have persisted and got far worse. There are times

Adt and heart arrythmia
Has anyone experienced heart arrythmia whilst taking zoladex. This is my husbands second time taking adt in 5 years since a ct scan shows 2 pelvic lymph nodes. we cannot recall this side effect first time around, although it is classed as a side effect. He is having a Holter monitor on for 24hrs next

Triplet therapy after nadir?????
Triplet therapy after nadir. Just wondering. We have recently established that triplet therapy is a good thing to hit PCa with just after diagnosis when the tumours are active and visible on the scans. I am about to get my next bloodwork and expect a PSA near nadir of 0.1. I have one (or more) castrate

Approximately how long can I get with abiraterone plus Zoladex.
I got 5 years with Zoladex alone. (Chemotherapy and radiation treatments as well at diagnosis) Now I am CRPC and have added abiraterone. Approximately how long can I get with this combination. When this fails what can I expect. I know I had increased bone pain before the addition of the abiraterone.

Can Zoladex cause a rash
Hi everyone. I have been on Zoladex for the last 5 months and previous to that had a 6month round of implants before having BSO surgery. The day after my last implant I started to develop a rash , not sure that it is related to this but nothing else has change recently for me so wondering if it could
