Neupro Rotigotine patch it is a dopamine agonist.
Did anyone use this? If so did it work. My dad is getting it for PD. The Doctor said it works miracles. I am concerned about the side effects. Thanks

It seems as I increased the Neupro dose, my tremors increased. What gives? Is this a sign that Neupro is not the prescription for me?

Hi everyone and thanks for response to my first post regarding affected arms! I'm not sure if it's a comfort or depressing to know that so many of us get it anywhere other than legs! However, something else that concerns me is what happens when you get old (I'm an active 61) and need to sit down

Worse night ever
I have just had the worst night ever with my Rls and like you all I have had lots. My gp refused to let me try the neupro patches as according to him they are not licensed in the U.K. He gave me Clonazepam which within an hour of taking it my legs were horrendous and it went on all night.I had no sleep

Neupro patches
Does anyone here live in Canada and has been able to purchase the patches? If so, can you tell me where you got them, and how much. They probably are not covered by medical insurance if they are not FDA approved in Canada.

Addendum to the very good recent posts from Avosyl and Tunstall
Very good and informative posts from Avosyl and Tunstall . We all know that every form of medication has side effects and we must be prepared to question our GP if the benefit derived from any medication is outweighted by the side effects. Over the past 3 yrs I have tried Mirapexin, Neupro, Requip

Do you have tips about using Neupro patches to avoid re-inventing the wheel?
RLS UK is going to gather together forum user’s tips and experiences of using various drugs for treating RLS and add them to the ‘Treatment’ section of the RLS UK website (http://www.rls-uk.org). In the future, if someone is prescribed something new or their doctor makes a new recommendation, they will

RLS is there hope?
This is my second posting, so sorry if it seems incoherent. To the point, RLS is ruining my life! I exist getting through each day as best I can as I never have any energy. I shan't go into all the details as I did this in my previous posting. On Monday I went to Papworth RSSC with a visit to my specialist

Sores from Neupro patches
I have severe rls and have been on several different Parkinson's medications that never helped or made me sick to my stomach. I was not sleeping and was taking hot baths or shower up to 4 times a night with my rls, I moved and twitched so much I ended up hurting my knee.. My sleep doctor put me on

Weight on RLS worse?
Has anyone noticed if you put weight on does your RLS get worse? I am on the neupro patch and it works great but with the festive season and eating to much I have put weight on and I have noticed my legs twitching :-( unless its because I am not feeling so good as I have a terrible sore neck which

Does anyone using Neupro see dots or color blocks sometimes?
I know what "floaters" are, but these aren't floaters--they are color blocks that fill in space or sometimes little dots that move across the floor like ants
