It seems as I increased the Neupro dose, my tremors increased. What gives? Is this a sign that Neupro is not the prescription for me?

My neuro insisted this was the best treatment right now. It made my blood pressure high and I felt terrible. I also discontinued it. I know I need additional medication since the tremors are getting worse, just not sure what to do. Requip makes me very nauseous, makes my tremors worse and gives me a terrible headache.

You need to be very force full with your doctor. Its not right to let you be like that.

Yes, I am in search of a new neuro, I have to travel atleast hrs. to get to anyone on my healthcare plan. It is hard to find the right fit...

as I said in another thread "I didn't get on with DAs, they made me fat +20kg and gave me oedema and ended up in hospital. A couple of months before I had changed to Neupro patches and had problems with being hairy and sweaty, this peaked in the hot hospital when they kept falling off and the nurses locked them away (if it falls off you use a new patch). I ended up immobile. they weren't for me really. tip I got: use a 3M Tegaderm Plaster (oversize) on top of the patch for extra adhesion

i'm on stalevo now - other side effects are crappy but much better now - and a lot lighter!"
