Hi Nick. One good word of advice from what I call "The Site Elders" is that we should start by keeping the meds we are given at the lowest dose possible for as long as possible. I hope that you tried lower doses of the Patch before moving to the highest dose, as it doesn't work like the other meds and can take a long while, at a lower dose, to start working. Although the new miracle drug for most RLS sufferers, I had to stop using it because it had the side effect of making me extremely tired during the day. So, be warned, that if you work and need to be constantly aware and your boss catches you falling asleep at work you could get into serious trouble (or endanger others). That being said, if that starts to happen and you have to stay on the Patch, get support from your Occupational Health Department, as being an RLS sufferer doesn't mean you can be discriminated against at work. Your employer needs to access your situation and make changes to your working environment/patterns, if possible. Happy Hew Year to you and all on this site, Tpebop, Kent, Britain.

Glad to hear you got the patch to work for you by using the 3mg. I hope it continues for you.

Happy New Year to you too. :)
