Still severe fatigue
Dr raised me to 20 mcg a week ago of sustained release t3. I was on 15 for almost 3 weeks. Before that I was using Cytomel and up to 12-15 mcg split in 3 doses it took me about 2 1/2 months to get up to that. This new dr said the sr t3 would be better for me then trying to dose the Cytomel. He has me

T3 for one month! and I'm a new person! WOW
Just to make my story short, I came to this forum a month ago concerned because my for the past two years I have seen my test results going from bad to WORST and my endocrinologist didn't want to do anything. in 2015 my TSH was 3.4 and my colesterol was high (total and LDL). I read online that 3.4

Getting My FT3 back up again and what about RT3?
Such a lot of wisdom on this site--so glad to have found you because my Docs know next to nothing about Thyroid issues. After two years on 100mcg Levo (2014-16) lost hair and 1/2 left eyebrow and gained weight I could not lose. Gym caused energy crashes which put me in bed for days at a time. June/

Hey all... You have all been so hopeful and I am hoping to get some perspective. It has been two months since lowering my medicine. Most recently I was on 175 mcg of Synthroid and skipping every Sunday to equal up to 150 mcg. I should remind you, I am sans thyroid and I felt hypo prior to my TT and

Hair Loss, should I add t3?
I am suffering major hair loss. I am on WP Thyroid (65) and recently went back for blood work. T4 - 1.27 (0.82-1.77) Reverse T3 - 18.1 (9.2-24.1) TSH - (1.270 - (0.450-4.500) Dr. suggested adding cytomel. I am concerned if it helps with hair loss/regrowth or if it may cause additional hair loss.

Levo Increase, Heartrate
Hi all. I'm still working with my endo to raise both my FT3 and FT4 levels and feel better. I was on 75 mcg of Levo for 30 years, but did not feel well starting about a year ago. I started on Cytomel 5 mcg about 6 months ago, and have been slowly increasing the Levo. My latest increase is to 100 mcg

requested more armour
So i called my Endo today and requested a 1/4 grain increase in armour. I was on synthetics until 2 wks ago. I took an alternating dose of synthroid 50/75 every other day and 5 mcg cytomel daily as i explained in previous posts. Endo let me try 1 grain of armour and i am not sure if this is enough

so as i posted just yesterday or the day before about new dilemma, i received my copy of test results.
Please view most recent posts before commenting on this as it is a continuance to that. My copy says: TSH 0.35 (range .4- 4.5) range should be .3- 3.0 free T4 1.0 (range 0.8-1.8) Which it has gone down since T3 addition total 3 116 (range 76- 181) Huge improvement as 86 was the highest it ever

Still feeling awful
So I posted my lab results to you guys a few months ago saying my T3 was really low while everything else looked within normal range. I'm still gaining weight, tired and all around low energy. I'm slowly trying to incorporate 40 grams of carbs daily and that's helped a bit but I just want to feel normal

Hello everyone! It's been a minute but I have some updates as well as asking for feedback on what else can be done to tweak. I had my year follow up in August and *knock on wood* all was well! At that time I had switched from Tirosint to 175 mcg of Synthroid only. The higher my dose of T4 alone, I
