Quite happy with ADT
Almost 83 years old, living presently in Germany, RT and PT not possible, ADT during the last 9 months (Lupron quarterly), PSA down to undetectable, quite happy with that.

Thinking of taking an ADT vacation
Hi, just got my latest PSA result yesterday...it was 0.07 ug/l down from 0.14 ug/l one month ago. I'm almost at the 6 month mark of my ADT journey. Six months ago, my PSA was 14.9 ug/l. I'm thinking of taking a break from the ADT because of the side effects. Is it too risky? Would the PSA start

NDT Dosage
I'm just wondering what a usual final dose of
NDT
is. I know Levo often uses bodyweight as a dosage guide but what about
NDT
?

Long story short, I'm on ADT & Xtandi and just retired this past summer. While employed I was fortunate enough to have no cost for this drug that my medical insurance was paying $13k/month for. When I retired I had a 3 month supply that'll take me through mid-November. But when I have refill it this

Hi everyone, It is the first time I post in this network and I still feel a bit strange and with my heart beating stronger ... sorry for this! Things I Like About ADT
I know that no one, like NO ONE, actually wants to be on ADT. There are a lot of downsides to it, and complaints about the fatigue, lack of sex drive, etc. are a common theme on this forum. I'm about a year out now from starting on Zoladex shots (a drug that works in the same way as Lupron), and I

Can we purchase T4 in UK without a prescription?
I swopped from Thyroid S to Bitiron in October because it just didn't suit me and cannot afford Armour or any of the other well known
NDT
which I haven't had problems with previously.

drenching sweats
I was made stop my hormone patches 3 months ago. About 3 weeks after stopping I began having all over body drenching sweats, I have to change my clothes and bedding sometimes and they make me very nauseated. These don't happen just at night but during the day as well...I'm nearly 24/7 in a sweat. Has

High Potassium Levels?
I am just curious if anyone has had elevated potassium levels during or after PC treatment? Specifically Radiation and ADT. ADT + Zytiga holiday???
I've been on Orgovyx since 8/15/22 and Zytiga since 4/1/23. I'm also suffering from neuropathy from nerve damage that occurred in December 22. The nerve pain has gotten worse and my oncologist and neurologist are wondering if ADT or Zytiga are too blame. Anyone have experience with these drugs and

Survey!
So, I and other members can get an idea on how you feel about ADT vacation(s). Please just answer YES if you think they’re okay, or NO, if you think they’re not.

HRT / zolodex / hormone treatment help
Hi all. I posted recently about my concerns regarding zolodex etc. I think my only next steps is a complete hysterectomy due to my issues. HOWEVER. That being said, everyone seems to manage better withHRT and I'm looking to speak with people who have never been able to tolerate any form of hormone treatment

castration after 7 years of ADT
I have been on Zoladex for nearly 7 years and am fully over any regrets of Chemical castration. My psa is now slowly rising and ghastly taken 2 years from undetectable to 0.65. I am considering surgical castration now as it would mean no more 3 monthly Zoladex injections and a reduced chemical load on

What a long strange road it's been.
Nov 2007 I had DaVinci surgery Gleason 7. I got the surgeon's notes and he said margins were clear, took s bunch of lymph glands, all clear. Held my dick in his hand and said it would come back. It did, but never quite lost the "happy bladder" and I shot pee about 50% of the time. PSA never went
