Triplet Therapy

When I first showed sign of castrate resistance I went in Daralutamide which worked for about 6 months. I then went into SPLASH trial which worked for about 8 months. I am now doing Provenge but I expect Docxatel in the near future. If I did triplet therapy ADT/DOCXATEL/ENZALUTAMIDE is it possible the ENZALUTAMIDE could be effective even though the Daralutamide was not?

Enzalutamide will probably not work for a long time after darolutamide failed. The PRESIDE trial showed that combining docetaxel and enzalutamide can keep enza working even after it failed:
