ADT + Zytiga holiday???

I've been on Orgovyx since 8/15/22 and Zytiga since 4/1/23. I'm also suffering from neuropathy from nerve damage that occurred in December 22. The nerve pain has gotten worse and my oncologist and neurologist are wondering if ADT or Zytiga are too blame.

Anyone have experience with these drugs and nerve interaction?

Also, currently on a 2 week holiday from both drugs (mild improvement in nerve pain but it has been fluctuating in severity anyways).

Thoughts on taking a longer holiday? I'm trying to follow STAMPEDE results program of Orgovyx and Zytiga for 2 years to attempt a cure. thoughts?

RP 3/15/22 1 lymph node cancerous, 21 other lymph nodes removed that were clean. Gleason 7 at surgery

After RP PSA rose to 1.4 by August 2021. Started Orgovyx 8/15/22.

Adjuvant Radiation Jan & Feb 2022. Zytiga added April 2023.

I've also been struggling with Brachial Plexus & spine nerve damage since an injury in December 2022.

Holidays select for more resistant cancers. Maybe try either enzalutamide or apalutamide instead.
