in this situation, any risk issue of gallbladder surgery regarding gallstone (9mm) by laparoscopy?

I wouldn't think there would be much risk other than normal risk of surgery. The good thing is, once in there they might get a good look at your liver. Good luck.
normal risk, but discuss with the anesthesiologist the liver issue as it will be detoxing the drugs they give you. Many of us have had that procedure and haven't had unusual complications
