nash fibrosure test

I recently had this test and scored zeros on everything, No steatosis, nash, or fibrosis. I felt pretty good about it at the time. From what I hear this is a pretty good blood test. I've also researched it quite a bit. I'm having some strange symptoms going on and I'm trying to reassure myself. Should I feel pretty confident about this? I should mention that I have also had ultrasounds, MRIs, hida scans, etc. Of course my doctors tell me that I should be ok. That's based on what tests I've had to this point that there is nothing else to be concerned about. Thanks for any input.

As blood tests go it isn't bad. It reports a false negative about 5% of the time which is better than a lot of the tests out there. It suggests that the chemical processes of your liver are working well and that while you might have some scarring, which a biopsy would show, things are running normally.
