I wonder if anyone else is in the position of having Nash f3/4 cirrhosis and feeling really well even at 76 trying to get insurance for a far off country at a reasonable price. If I put cirrhosis on form quotes are over £600 but if I put Nash quotes are about £200 . Can I just put Nash as I have no symptoms? Thank you in advance Pat

"Can I just put Nash as I have no symptoms?". You can. However if you requested any payment from your insurance, they would check this first and deny any financial claims (even not related to your health). So simply you save £400 but you have no insurance in reality.
