I'd be interested in anyone's thoughts or experiences of this.

Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)
Hi, this is my first starter post although I have replied to a few questions from others. After being run over by a car 40 years ago and suffering multiple skeletal fractures I have undergone 14 operations so far. Around 2019 I was further diagnosed with Fybromyagia. Multiple medicines later and serious

6 month update off of Pramaprexole!!!
She had me on Low Dose
Naltrexone
years ago for leaky gut and it just happened that it also helped with RLS. For me, 300 mg of Gaba was simply too much. I couldn't recall words and had brain fog. I tried 200 mg, but in the beginning, it wasn't enough.

Ropinirole. Lovely Ropinirole.
Even with the 300 mg of Pregabalin I have recently been given, and the low dose
Naltrexone
I have been taking successfully for six years, any reduction in Ropinirole would be quite impossible.

Has anyone tried ALA, low dose
naltrexone
, or other supplements? Has anyone gotten off of traditional medications and successfully kept enzymes in range and flares away? Can we prevent the immune system from attacking without these medications? Thank you!!

Things My Doctor Said in Notes./Rant On
Using
naltrexone
4.5mg daily for pain as well. She remains convinced that her symptoms are due to PMR due to her family history and presentation with abrupt shoulder and hip pain and (weakness?)

B12 injections and low dose naltrexone (LDN)
I have recently started using LDN (.25mg) w/ positive effects, however it recently seems like I need to increase my B12 injections. I have only been using LDN for a month. Maybe it is just a coincidence but would like others to share their experience/knowledge about this combination.
