Can I challenge GP, if so, when?
I started taking Levo last December and my last change was to 125 daily. I had my bloods taken on Friday and GP called me today to reduce dose back down to 100 as she said my results indicated I was over medicated. TSH 0.07 with range 0.34 to 5.6, T3 6.9 with range 4 to 6.6. For the first time since

Diet advice
I've recently been diagnosed with overactive thyroid (Graves' disease). I'm on medication (Carbimazole and propranalol). I've been advised not to take multivitamin supplements till my calcium numbers come down, but i take an iron supplement as I'm veggie. I wondered if there are specific foods we're

First time pregnancy, been sick everyday+ asthmatic
It's my first pregnancy and about 8weeks now. I'm really worried because i have lost my strength since week 4. Couldn't resume new job because i can't tolerate few minutes walk to the train station anymore. Although I'm asthmatic, I have had an attack almost twice a week. Now, I'm mostly in bed, trying

Diagnosis Question - seeking advice
Hi everyone, I'm new here and could use some advice. If you were diagnosed with PA, or B12 deficiency, how did you get tested? I do not live in the US or UK so things are a bit different here. Since 2016 I have been occasionally visiting doctors about my heart palpitations, dizziness and tired feelings

Sensitive! Picture warning, hope for anyone with really low AMH and a husband with terrible sperm!
I hope this brings hope and also want to share how I think I finally got my little miracle! I was 36 when diagnosed with really low amh for my age. Mu husband also had terrible sperm ( low everything!) We had been trying for a couple of years and only got naturally pregnant once which ended at 6 weeks

False reading?
Hi my daughters B12 was 143 & she was given prescribed B12 50mg x2 daily. She’s had a recent blood test & her levels are 479 n/g. Her consultant wants her to come off the tablets & take a multivitamin. I’m a bit concerned it could be a false reading because she’s taking B12. It’s the second time she

I bought lots of b12 foods over weekend like eggs and shellfish and salmon and
multivitamins
. - how low is low when she said I’m a reading of 70? - how painful are they compared to blood test and other injections as some ppl say they hurt more?

Selenium and thyroid
Do you recommend I start taking extra selenium and what dose? I already take 200mcg in my normal multivitamin. I read that it’s supposed to help with Hashimotos. I have Hashimotos and Dr only told me to take levothtroxine (Euthyrox 0,05mg) daily for now, which I’ve been taking since April this year but

Supplements during Covid
Hi Is it wise to take supplements as suggested widely by the general public as a means of providing immunity because of covid 19.? Its concerning since immunosuppressants are doing the opposite. I think 🤔 I know of people loading up on zinc, vitamin C & D, etc. I'm just on my regular multivitamin

Vitamins after ablation
I used to take an Emergen- C every morning to give me some vitamins (can’t tolerate regular
multivitamins
) but have been nervous about starting them back up. Can anyone give me their opinion on whether it is okay or not?

Am I overdoing it on the B12?
I found out I was b12 deficient last summer, my levels were very low (24 pg/ml) despite taking
multivitamins
for months. I felt very sick. My main symptoms were extreme fatigue, brain fog, cognitive impairment, eyes twitching and ibs.

Anyone get pregnant naturally after failed cycle with low AMH and AFC? And/ Or weight loss? Need some hope xx
Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to read this. After getting BFN yesterday I have been crying constantly and barely slept. But now trying to plan next steps to give me something to focus on. Me and my partner were TTC for two years before IVF after being referred and the monthly sadness

Multivitamin Recommendations for Thyroid Health
I recently bought Rainbow Light 50+ Mini Tablet Multivitamin; I know it's a case-by-case for
multivitamins
based on physiology, age, health, etc. I would like to hear some multivitamin recommendations to help thyroid health because I am dealing with a sluggish thyroid on medicine.
