Hi All,

Could I ask which prenatal vitamins are good? Also does anyone take Inessa’s multivitamins which is mentioned in ‘it starts with an egg’? It has 500mg of b12 not sure this if this is fine or not?

I’m taking Procieve along with DHEA, COQ10, Royal Jelly capsules, omega 3, melatonin and a few others x

Hi Miracle42, do you mind me asking if you noticed any difference from the DHEA? I just started taking it this week, have low AMH and high FSH. First round IVF was unsuccessful.

Hi lovely, I take Impryl, cod liver oil (for omega 3's) and Vitamin D. The Impryl has some impressive data behind it and you can forgo a lot of the other antioxidant supplements that people take (like Coq10, Vit C, Vit E, etc) because it helps your body produce its own antioxidants.

Multivitamins like the Inessa aren't bad but they tend to be unnecessary if you're eating a balanced diet. B vitamins are generally the only ones worth supplementing with from a fertility perspective. And to answer your question - 500mcg of B12 is safe. xx
