Hi! I’ve had UC from birth and I’m now 52!! I’ve had many operations and thyroid cancer and problems from steroids use ie thin and broken bones. I have an ileostomy and short bowel. My question is what do you do use for better nutrition? I find that the NHS haven’t really helped me in this regard

Further bloods and advice on supplements
B12 went up slightly from 357 I had been taking
multivitamins
and a b complex but rubbish brands and stopped these a week before. I am aware it still needs raising further and I am going to supplement with one the items previously recommended and also a good B complex.

Confusing Blood Work/ Searching for Advice
Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me. I’m 27 and I have been battling many symptoms since I was about 18 years old. Most of my symptoms have been psychiatric (OCD, anxiety, phobia) but I have also had unexplainable skin rashes on my knuckles and elbows that spontaneously happen, a fainting episode, constipation

Any diet & supplement advice for Graves disease?
Hi all, I am a 32 year old female Graves’ disease sufferer and looking for a bit of advice on supplements and diet. I was diagnosed in July last year and put on Carbimazole and Propranolol for a very speedy heart rate. My levels steadily dropped and I went from 30mg down to 20 to 15 to 5mg between July

What is the best multivitamin for Hashimotos? I’ve also just been referred to endo due to a previous miscarriage and wanting to conceive in future. Things that help me.
Hi everyone bit of a long post so please bear with me. I was on paroxetine for years after the death of 2 of my baby’s (premature) this medication was brilliant for more than 10 years, however a few months before Xmas I was the worst with anxiety and was switched to mirtazapine (now 45mg) it worked right

Multivitamins
Can anyone recommend a good Vegan multivitamin that doesn't cost the earth? I've been looking on the internet at food grade ones and although initially they don't look too expensive until you check to see how many to take a day and it seem to be around 6 per day. Thank you. Alicia

Advice on levothyroxine, supplements and possible T3 addition after thyroid cancer and treatment
I take my levothyroxine first thing in the morning and don’t eat for an hour after and I have been taking some
multivitamins
, b complex, calcium and vitamin D tablets at night, but these were only cheap shop bought ones so probably aren’t worth it.
