Pregnacare delaying periods

I know a lot of woman have had this issue I am now 11days late I was only I pregnacare for 2 weeks. Was on normal folic acid and vit d from Holland and Barratt before and have never had this problem 2 test's taken and not pregnant. Painful breasts did have cramps at the beginning of the week but nothing other than a bit of watery blood when wiping. When did people get there period when stopping this I stopped last sat. I didn't know whether to start straight back on the Holland and Barratt one or wait till it arrives.
