I’m quite new to this so would just like to say that I find reading through the forum very reassuring and makes me feel less alone. Thank you 😊
I am preparing for FET which would be early-mid March. My doctor said to take folic acid and vit b- both of these are in pregnacare conception, so I was wondering if I should just take this? Or should I take pregnacare AND other supplements? Or just individuals supplements?
Just wondering what if anyone has any tips or experiences?
Prior to my IVF cycle, I took the Zita West IVF prep vitamins, and they were really good. Contained all the nutrients you need to prep your body for a baby.
I am taking each supplement individually to make sure I get high enough doses. I am taking B complex, 500mg folic acid, vit E and D, Omega 3, C+Zinc and probiotics. I used to take more but needed to calm down a bit Very best of luck in March! xx
Hey, I take pregnacare conception alongside 4000iu of Vitamin D daily. I used to take way more and everything separately, but my consultant advised that it wasn’t necessary xx
I took pregnacare and a separate dose of vitamin D daily! I know during routine testing for infertility vitamin D is something they test for so can’t help to keep levels topped up! Hope that helps x
Hi, I am due to start my first cycle next month and I am taking pregnacare and an additional vit D and CoQ10. I think we could go on forever taking lots of different supplements but my consultant advised its not necessary and it can become overwhelming as there are so many differing opinions and advice out there! xx
Im taking pregnacare and this is enough for everything you need but at the very least you will need 400mg of folic acid and vit D.You should start these ASAP as it takes three months for whatever you're eating or vitamins etc to have a real affect on your eggs and body X x
