Breast cancer and Radiotherapy
I have Lupus/Sjogrens and unfortunately have been diagnosed with breast cancer. I’m currently undergoing chemotherapy first in order to try and reduce the tumour in order that the operation will be less invasive. After my second MRI I was given the great news that the tumour had reduced by 50%. However

Medical Cannabis
Does Indica Med-weed make my anxiety worse? They say its a prescription. I just want to know, before I have a panic attack. My therapist has told me that it could make my paranoid or worsen my anxiety. She said that even though it's medical weed it could be still like the cannabis drug dealers sell

Pain caused by Letrozole
Been on Letrozole for 10 months due to my hormonal breast cancer to which I had a right mastectomy. It is ruining my life I’m in constant pain every joint especially my knees! I have loads more side effects can’t imagine another 4 years of it! I’m now on anti inflammatory tablets and pain killers too

It's back what supplements are ok?
Hi all, Budge up everyone, I need a place at the PMR table again. My last Pred was taken in December 2016 or so I thought. My osteo arthiritis flared a couple of weeks ago but after three days of Flarin it didn't calm down. I noticed after a while a few familiar shoulder twinges and booked a telephone

Low BP and more fluids
Hi. Since I haven’t filled in my profile yet I’d better fill in a few details here. I had breast cancer 4 years ago+ Mastectomy, chemo and Herceptin. I now have moderate HF with low EF caused by treatment. I am being treated with Ramipril and Carvedilol. I have no symptoms. But now my BP tends to drop

Survival after Radical Prostatectomy versus Radiation Therapy in High-Risk and Very High-Risk Prostate Cancer
I figured that if I didn't post this new study [1], it might get lost. What with the prevalent bias towards radiation hereabouts. Soundbite: ""
[i][u]Our data suggest that radical prostatectomy holds a cancer-specific mortality advantage over external beam radiotherapy in Johns Hopkins very high

Same as Carole, “new....well sort of ; )”
Please forgive me for my poor English and have to quote some of Carole’s words to express my thoughts. I also having been a member since 2018 and have read your collective posts daily for over 3 years. I was always hesitant to write a post because of my poor English and always didn’t have good news.

Pain medications?
Is it difficult in the UK to obtain prescription pain medication? Here in the U.S. doctors send you to a Pain Management doctor upon which you are given a very minimal amount (if any). They first evaluate you and make their own conclusions as to whether THEY feel you need it. God forbid you are having
