Stage 4 - Soup?
I also have very low BP and have to take
Midodrine
daily to keep a normal BP. So, the salt in the soup would be helpful. Is the sodium content the only reason they say we shouldn't have too much soup? If BP is low, is it okay to eat? Thanks!

Is it Just Me????
It's Monday morning, I just gobbled down my ritual of 5 pills (Nurtec,
Midodrine
, Lasik, Vitamin D and Aspirin. Last but not least.... Copaxone Injection 😪. I think when I take my injection it makes me "hyper sensitive" - in other words: I can be "cry baby.".

Seems about 1.5 hours after a dose of stalevo is when it drops then he takes 10 mg of
midodrine
. It’s a constant thing! He has to stand about a minute before walking to be sure he’s stable. Try to make him drink through day, Anyone else going thru this and how do you manage it! Thx

Anyone struggling with low Blood pressure (orthostatic hypotension) and using droxidopa? How to manage? Thx!
Doctors switched from
midodrine
to droxidopa (northera) 3 weeks ago to see if can regulate. But his dose of stalevo every 4 hours brings BP down! Droxidopa brings it up but never stable! Now on 200 mg in am and 100mg 2 more times if needed. Any suggestions as to management? Still experimenting.

Hi,Does anyone have experience of using
Midodrine
for controlling blood pressure? Last night's 999 call out where his BP had dropped to 53 over 30 means we have got to do something.

Need help to solve low blood pressure. Recommendations for private clinic?
The medication she is on is
Midodrine
and Fludrocotisone. We have been varying the dose following direction from our GP, but this does not seem to help sufficiently and she continues to fluctuate between feeling reasonably OK one day to being unable to stand up or walk the next.

Coming off Flecainide (for PVC's) and possible Ablation for Teenager
She is currently on: 100mg Flecainide 2x a day, 50mg Atenolol 1 x a day and 50 mg
Midodrine
(she also has POTs and low BP , possibly from the Atenolol). So, they want to wean her off to see how her heart behaves without any meds, should it all be ok, fantastic!

PoTs symptoms
Was doing really well on
midodrine
. However the last 3 weeks terrible. Fainting daily & she says they feel different, & now without warning. Her 24 hr heart monitor showed she has sinas tachycardia 210 times both during the night & day. Is this normal?

Heart attack (Stemi) and unable to stent because of ectatic Coronary artery
Current idea is to take
midodrine
2.5mg to try to increase BP, and Ranolazine to help angina In my case nobody seems keen to think about any further intervention angioplasty or CABG because the RCA is of marginal benefit. It would also be very technically difficult.
