Progesterone Pessaries vs injections ?
Hi, I used pessaries last time after a fresh cycle and I strongly feel it isn’t going to work again, as my body just doesn’t seem to respond to progesterone tablets (even on
microgynon
) or pessaries- and it just didn’t seem to stay in (?!).

Went for my pre-op and been left so confused...
I'm on the
Microgynon
contraceptive pill and was told at my pre-op that I can continue taking it as normal as long as I take it the evening before my op.

Coming off microgynon pre lap
I received a letter today with my pre op date and details of where to go. On the back it said about stopping the combined pill 6 weeks before op. My op is in 4 weeks. 15th November I called and a lovely lady suggested I stop now. So my question is... when will I bleed? I was only 5 days into a

I'm new here...
I was offered 3 options to choose to control my hormones (I've chosen to try
Microgynon
as I've read the coil can make the pain worse).

Hi please help! Appt with GP today
The below blood test results were taken in April whilst I was bleeding heavily (despite being on
microgynon
- have very heavy irregular periods) and very ill generally. Bear in mind I was taking folic acid supplements daily and on/off multivitamins with iron supplementation.

5 weeks post-diagnosis laparoscopy, back on pill, more period pain then ever before!
Fast forward, between 18 and 24 I was on
Microgynon
pretty much throughout so in hindsight, was probably doing myself a favour.

Contraceptive pill after medical abortion
I have since started taking the contraceptive pill
Microgynon
after the abortion, and have taken two packets back to back for personal reasons. I was bleeding heavily after the abortion and it has now slowed, but still consistent, which is worrying me.

Anxiety, the pill & relationship
She has recently (two months ago) come off the contraceptive pill, I think
microgynon
or rigevidon. After having read quite a few posts on here it seems there can be quite a varying affect on people and their relationships.

Thyroid result
I stopped taking the pil
microgynon
30 I have been on since I was 19 (now 33) to have thyroid blood tests. The night sweats stopped and I have not gone back on the pill as I realised I had other symptoms that had gone.

Contraceptive pill nolonger helping pain!
I've tried Yasmin for a year which only helped a bit, and then tried
Microgynon
, which provided a significant amount of improvement for about six months, and I was pretty much pain free, but after now having been on that after a year or so, all my symptoms are coming back.

Spotting on Microgynon
Here's the thing though: I've started the first of my IVF meds,
Microgynon
. I took it years ago, in my teens but transferred to a different pill as it had an adverse effect on my hormones. Today is day 12 and I'm still spotting horrible brown stuff.

Acupuncture during ivf
I've finally had a start date for treatment (start
microgynon
27th July, egg collection approx week of 28th August) and have been reading about acupuncture and how it can sometimes help when done during the treatment. Have any of you tried it?

Lap showed no endo - second opinion?
In 2012 I started on the pill
microgynon
to try and control my periods and it did work. They were lighter and less painful but I still suffered but, I thought this was normal.
