VitD, Mg, CoQ10 make a difference? and Cardiologist update
it’s been 8 months since CV and all good at my appointment, he said my reduction of metoprolol to 8.5mg is very low but still might be enough to reduce that adrenaline when my heart wants to play up during exercise or when I’m under stress, so I will stay on it and might even reduce or stop the morning

WOW, noticing today, after some weak days at 5mg prednisone, I am again feeling good and energetic, added meth and hydroxy dropped metformin
I was at 5 a few weeks go, but too hastily dropped and went to 2.5, and on the 3rd day at 2.5 felt terrible. Jumped back to 10 and then 7.5. And since I have gone back to 5, after maybe a week at 5, I am again feeling great, better than I did the last time I was at 5. There are some differences now,

What is Left Atrial Rhythm and is it related to Afib?
I have paroxysmal Afib, which appears to be well managed with Flecainide and Metoprolol. I am having an unrelated medical procedure next week so my anaesthetist sent me for an ECG, which I had to drop back to her office. After getting the ECG done by a nurse at my local GP's rooms, the nurse took the

Weekly episodes, trigger ideas?
It has been awhile for me to pop on here; however, I have perused through your library of expertise many times. I have a pacemaker and take metoprolol for Tachy-Brady and now flecainide for aFib. AFib/Atrial Flutter Burden
Hello All, I just received my results from a 7 day Zio Monitor test. It says my AFib/Atrial Flutter burden is 18%, which is up from 3% last year. This seems significant to me and a little panic producing. My average heart rate while in these episodes is in the 80s. Even when not on a beta blocker my

Looking for advice on advanced diagnostics/treatment centers I could visit for a few days for adult inattentive type ADD.
TL;DR: I am struggling to find a treatment that works. Looking for a center or program I can leverage who might be able to apply some diagnostics (MRI/EKG/blood biomarkers etc) to find a treatment that is effective for my ADD-I. Also sorry for the wall of text. I am just so frustrated right now. I

AFIB/Chest Oain
Following a diagnosis of paroxysmal AFib in June I have gone from typical AFib symptoms to having chest discomfort which wakes me around 3am-5am most nights. hi all, since I have been on metoprolol since July of 2020 I have lost a LOT of hair and recently read that is a side effect. I am a 24 yo female so as you can imagine this has hit my self esteem IMMENSELY. I used to have beautiful thick hair and I now I basically have bald spots on my head :( I’m going

4 weeks post ablation, heartburn, zero energy, unable to climb stairs
I had a cryo ablation four weeks ago, the procedure went very well, I did go back into Afib a few days later, but converted back to sinus, I understood that can occur, I had no issue with my groin and a slight tightness in chest. Roll on another few weeks and now I have zero energy, I cannot walk up

Been doing great lately, reduced again from 10 to 7.5mg prednisone. My crp is under 10 from 103
I had seen the rheumatologist and had dropped from 12.5 to 10, after the visit. Now for last 2 days I am down to 7.5mg prednisone, my own decision, I am certain he wont mind.... It still feels a little ragged in the AM, but I recover well and feel good all the rest of the day after a few hours. Still

Saw the Rheumatologist, went well, Metoprolol update, and I have trigger finger
I have been reducing on my own for a while, was at 12.5 from beginning dose of 30mg prednisone. He told me to reduce the evening dose to 2.5 from 5mg. I have been able to do that so far without any pains. And my CRP is now 9 from 103. Sed rate is 23 and some other RF IGA test is pending. My WBC

Starting flecainide 50 mg bid
I have been on flecainide 50 mg in am & 50 mg in pm for afib, and 12.5 metoprolol succinate. Since my resting heart rate is 55 & have no problems with ventricles is it usual for low dose metoprol to be taken with bradycardia.
