Buying methylcobalamin
I've been self injecting hydro for years I didn't realise you could get
methylcobalamin
if you where in the UK could anyone tell me where you can get it from, I used to get it from a private doctor who isn't around anyone and don't want to pay that kind of money again just to get methyl so if you could

Methylcobalamin, is it safe for children
The more I read about it the more I am worried and I have bought some
methylcobalamin
drops in purified water (about 800 mg dose) which I am now trialling gently as I have numerous food allergy / intolerance problems.

Methylcobalamin photolysis and side effects?
I almost dread to ask this, but for the people who suffered side effects from
methylcobalamin
, had the vitamin been exposed to light? I'm wondering if that is a factor in creating impurities and causing side effects (particularly acne). I'm just not sold on the detox explanation.

Bursitis and Supplements
I've been taking B12 tablets (1000ug
Methylcobalamin
) since 25 August but yesterday decided to purchase an oral spray and use that (B12 boost spray with 1200ug
Methylcobalamin
and chromium). Yesterday was a particularly bad day and I could only limp while doing my shopping.

There are 1000mcg and 5000mcg sublingual
methylcobalamin
. 1000mcg is £8 and 5000mcg is £18 (both for 60 nuggets) and I was just wondering which is the better value. Can 5000mcg be taken once every five days? Or is a daily 1000mcg better?

OMG need to find sympathetic doctor who will not think I am crazy & diagnose me
I have some
methylcobalamin
with I started today. Does anyone have a similar story? I AM DESPERATE to get a diagnosis. I am prepared to see someone privately but it seems that haematologists also seem to ignore the guidelines. I am prepared to travel anywhere in the UK - I am in Glasgow.

My life is a living hell, please help
I have been back in touch with Martyn at the PAS who has been very helpful and suggested I will have to self medicate now - he has asked me to get in touch with B12d.org and they can arrange for me to have
methylcobalamin
, which is supposed to better for repairing nerves.

PA and homozygous MTHFR C667T - Treating with methylcobalamin
Found Integrative GP who is treating me for this now with
methylcobalamin
and gave me my first dose 2 days ago. I also have a number of other deficiencies such as zinc and magnesium and so he issued a personalised compound prescription for me.

Adenosylcobalamin - anyone tried it?
Apparently it does a different job from
methylcobalamin
, is essential for the citric acid cycle, Kreb's cycle, and possibly is also more effective on the pins and needles side... Anyone agree or disagree? Obviously it will suit some people and not others, depending on our flaws.
