this is what ive just ordered for self injecting have i ordered the right thing. im so confused

It sounds as though yu are refering to b-amazing.net products. If so they supply dried cobamalin(3 kinds) in 5 phials containg 1, 5, 10 and 20 mgs. I inject 1 mg at a time, so I find it more convenient to buy the 1 mg phials. It seems as though you have bought 5 mg phials ,which is a large single dose. Is that your usual dose? It will do you no harm to have a large dose,as you will eliminate surplus B12 in your urine. Or you could try to use less per injection,which isn't so easy! 1mg dose is the usual.

Could you let me know your source on 1mg dose of methylcobalamin? Not to disagree, but need more info on dosage for my partner.
