What should I order to get rid of Adrenal Fatigue?
I guess it has to do with my cortisol levels, they are too low for years already (Vitamin B12 is fine again after having taken
Methylcobalamin
for a while, still have to take Vit. D3 though).

Feeling worse after self injecting
I've been self injecting with
methylcobalamin
(in thigh) and feel worse than before. Symptoms are worse and I have now lost my appetite. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? Feeling desperate and don't know what to do

Is it worth fighting my doc for Methylcobalamin?
I've read that
Methylcobalamin
is the preferred B12 of choice if you are treating a neurological disorder, as I am, but here in the UK they seem to inject Hydroxocobalamin - end of discussion.

Amalgam Fillings and B12:
Does this apply to all the combalamins, or is it just
methylcobalamin
. Does hydroxo do the same, when in contact with mercury. Does anyone one know, what needs to be taken, to remove mercury from the body. Any information, would be appreciated. Manukia

B12 fatigue
For the last couple of weeks the tiredness has returned , even though I have also been supplementing with Jarrow formula
methylcobalamin
. I was hoping this would build my levels up a bit quicker.

I have 2 questions I hope you can answer. 1) Will I still get low B12 results after treatment begins. 2) Where can I get injectable supplies of
methylcobalamin
if I need it? Many thanks for reading this long post.

Help: PA test, hyperosmia & B12
I'm thinking I should just try
methylcobalamin
as a sublingual supplement - but I've been reading a low B12 can cause less sense of smell & since we moved house 3 years ago, I've become almost impossible to tolerate any artificial scents, woodsmoke, exhausts, petrol motors...

New Worries After Many OK Years -- What to Do?
Hi. I have been lucky in the US to get every injections of cyanocobalamine, 1000 mcg, after my PA dignosis and a bit of struggle with the doctors. This has been a satisfactory regimine for years. However, I am now older (retired from work) and have been having a recurrence of symptoms for the past

Changeover time:
I am intending to use Hydroxocobalamin for a few months, instead of
Methylcobalamin
. Do I need to have a time lapse between the change from one to the other. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

METHYLCOBALAMIN INFORMATION PLEASE
Has anyone out there used the dried version of
Methylcobalamin
to dissolve with 10 ml of saline. Every 0.5 of the preparation then contains 1mg of
Methylcobalamin
. How much is a normal dose of MeCbl? A normal dose of Hydroxocobalamin is 1mg. Is it the same for the Methyl?
