Can anyone share their experience with Fulvestrant and Ibrance?
Hi everyone. I’m new! ... i was told yesterday that my MBC has advanced to spine. Good news... yep (haha) is that the localized cancer has stablized... but a new growth in lymphnodes .... no progression. My question is has anyone had the cocktail of Fulvestrant and Ibrance? I started with Anastrozole

Update 3: End of Chemotherapy - Docetaxel
I only know that he had high volume

Free-PSA Ratio after Biochemical Recurrence
Using a defined FPSAR cutoff, the
metastasis
-free-survival (MFS), CRPC-free survival, and CSS were compared. Multivariable Cox models determined the association between posttreatment FPSAR, metastases, and CRPC.

She then, very happily, said that she did not understand, but that the bone scintigraphy did not show any
metastasis
. She also referred to a drop in PSA value before session 5 to 2.7. We expect CT results, but the consultation and further analysis have been postponed.

Start Xeloda today. Close on this house next week. I've lost my freakin mind!
First, thank you for all the sweet messages yesterday. You may have seen my post that my primary liver lesion doubled in size on everolimus/letrozole. I will be starting Xeloda today. Of course, being the negative Nellie I am, I'm already obsessing about the "what if this fails" scenario. One of the

Hi I had breast cancer 7yrs ago. I thought I had beat it, unfortunately it just came back in my supraclavicular node. I am on Ibrance and the injection Fulvestrant. I was wondering if anyone else was diagnosed with this. I’m very scared and depressed, the doctor said it’s not curable. I will be on

Waiting for my scan this morning. Why am I such a pessimist?
90 days on everolimus and letrozole. Some side effects. Not terrible. But, the constant ache under my ribcage and heartburn/gastric issues have me very worried the liver lesions have increased. Wheezy breathing and a bit of a cough are also concerning. Bottom line, we know nothing until we have scan

Toe issues
Does anyone else have issues with their toe nails? I’ve had two fall off and several are discolored like they are bruised. I will eventually lose them as well. I’ve been on faslodex and Ibrance for 16 months.

Use of Warfarin or Direct Oral Anticoagulants and Risk of Prostate Cancer in PCBaSe
Some researchers have hypothesized that abnormal coagulation may be a necessary condition for
metastasis
. A tumor can shed large numbers of cells into the circulation each day, but the body is very good at zapping them.

When to start ADT/RT given pandemic risks
3) My RO says no need additional scans for
metastasis
and that nothing would show up now anyway at my PSA level. However, my PSA at diagnosis was only 2.1, causing me to think my PC may not produce a lot of PSA. Does anyone have an opinion on whether to push for a scan prior to starting RT?
