Supraclavicular Lymph node Metastasis and Imaging Issues
hey all, I have a couple questions and hoping for some input from the forum. My PSMA Pet scan showed psma avid nodes in my neck. There were three and are all around .6 cm. My MO is concerned that no other uptake was shown between my pelvic region up to my neck. Should I expect there are more areas to

Another anniversary
The scans showed bone, lung and lymph node
metastasis
, and a really crappy prognosis. Flash forward a year to my wedding day and my scans and my PSA were both undetectable The anniversary of my diagnosis used to be a big deal. This year I completely forgot about it.

The bumpy journey of a relapsed CLL with a weird and confusing chest CT scan
So a further CT scan was done pre beginning treatment and they found a change in my lungs ..it was as if someone had thrown glitter at it ..and to all intents and purposes , looked like

of the lungs.so lots of scarring However, I had had COVID in March and April( the joys of being a primary

Strange š±foot and hand side effects while on capecitabine/Xeloda.
I am a POC (son schooled me saying it means person of color ā millennials!). Well I am a Black woman with MBC. I have had unusual horrible experiences while on Xeloda! Instead of getting blisters and burns on feet and hands the bottom of my feet are darkened turning the color black ā«ļøand so are my hands

Day 3 on Xeloda
Fed ex was supposed to deliver my Xeloda Wednesday morning. That's what the specialty pharmacist and my onc's nurse had told me, and I even got an email saying it was out for delivery that morning. My husband put off some things he'd planned to do so he would be here to sign for the first delivery.

Clarification on ALP and LDH markers
Initial diagnosis had extensive bone
metastasis
so I'm assuming from Oct to Dec the cancer likely went to his bones again. His ALP went from about 500 Dec 20 before chemo to 900 Jan 9, after his first chemo dose, and there was an increase in LDH as well, can't recall the numbers.

Low PSA, high metastasis, ready for chemo+
I was first diagnosed in 2019 with Stage 3 PCa ā although I had regular DREs and my PSA always hovered between 2.5 and 3.4. Now, after treatment, and PSA rising from undetectable to .4 and .5, my PSMA Pet scan shows that the cancer has metastasized pretty extensively. Iām under the care of Dr. Eugene

Does anyone experience severe hip pain after faslodex shots? Not at the injection site, just muscle/nerve pain in hip area.

Sugar and cancer
The two oncologists Iāve seen say itās not necessary to do this; thereās no good research showing a correlation between sugar and
metastasis
. Yet, Iāve met patients who have stopped using it and went into remission. Coincidence?

Getting Xeloda delivered Wednesday
Yesterday I got a phone call from a specialty pharmacist who will be sending my first round of Xeloda out on Monday. She had questions for me and told me I will be on a 3 week schedule, 2 weeks taking Xeloda twice a day and then 1 week off. They will phone me to see how I am doing and then send me

xeloda or nothing?
My most recent scans showed progression. Neither of my oncologists are optimistic. I've exhausted all the IV chemotherapies. Oh, and I'm stage IV TNBC and have been for 11 years. It's been a long road. I thought I'd post to get some feedback. I've chosen not to do Piqray because of side effects. The
