I have finally figured out why FND is classified as a mental disorder. We do not start out crazy but the symptoms of this disorder are completely out of this world and unbelievable, I am now mental because FND is driving me insane. 😱 Makes perfect sense to me now.

My health is deteriorating and my mental disorder has compromised my thinking.Its hard for me to express myself. People with problems like mine dont even want to be around me. I can count on one hand the number of times I've felt better in last few years.

However, I realize that I have a mental disorder or illness and it is getting worse now that I am getting older. I was prescribed Lexapro 5 mg and it made me feel so weird , I took it for two weeks and stopped.

I journal, I reframe my negative statements which are things that my previous therapist has told me but I spend my time now counting every time I don't have a dramatic anxiety attack until the day comes when I do and I feel terrible because my mental disorder hurts me and it affects my partner.

I will be having cataract surgery 8 th September and I have a dental appointment 2 weeks later for a filling will that be OK or do I need to put dental treatment back.
