PCOS and insulin resistance
I currently have the contraceptive implant which shes recommended I have removed and begin taking
Marvelon
to help with hair growth. But what about the increased hba1c? I'm literally terrified of becoming diabetic. It makes me so anxious. Hence being up at 5.30am writing this.

Post Lap Conctraceptive
The pill I am on now (
Marvelon
) was controlling my bleeding pre-surgery, but it's really affected my mood. I feel angry and snappy most of the time and it's effecting my marriage now.

Contraception
I did this and then around pack 3 I was bleeding and bleeding (I was on first
marvelon
then gedarel) I came off them for a while and the bleeding stopped. I waited for a normal period to come and I was put on microgynob. After 5 days I got thrush and stopped it.

Nexplanon - need some reassurance
Iāve been on
marvelon
combined pill for years so Iām well over the side effects, the only issue I have with it is that I could only stop my period for 9 weeks at a time and then I would have horrific pain the week afterwards.

How long should I give nexplanon
I was having horrendous post period pain when tri-cycling my combined pill (
marvelon
) which lasted about a week and left me crying when I tried to pee, so I was pretty miserable. My endo specialist said I need a progesterone only form of contraception (not the mini pill as it's not strong enough).

Pill not working/breakthrough bleeding - need advice
I ended up on
Marvelon
and bloody loved it. I always took 3 packets back to back with a one week break after the third. Then one day at age 23, (after 5 years of
Marvelon
), I just started bleeding before the end of the third packet.

Starting again
I am on
marvelon
and have my decapeptyl injection on Monday. This will be followed by stopping the pill later next week, then first lining scan on the following Monday along with taking the progynova. The protocol this time is the same however I seem to have more meds to take. Eeek.

Endometrioma Pain
Does anyone know if their endometrioma pain got better being on the pill (
marvelon
)? I have pressure in my bum all the time and just this constant sharp pain where the endometrioma is. It's really getting me down and I just want it out but gyn wants to try 3 months constant birth control pill.

Marvelon contraceptive pill issue
I was previously on Microgynon for 6 months and experienced spotting throughout the course of my pill, so the doctor put me on
Marvelon
and since I started my strip Iāve had non stop random breakthrough bleeding that varies in heaviness.

Do I have endo?
I've tried two different brands,
Marvelon
(low dose) and Yasmin which I'm currently on. I also started taking multivitaminsā no difference. This has been really frustrating because I can't figure out how to "fix" it.

My gynae suggested I change my pill from
marvelon
to Celeste however I am not over convinced this will change. I have also had toncilitus and have started taking pencillin antibiotics as i have had it for four days.

Rigevidon with pcos
Hi, I ve been prescribed
marvelon
couple of weeks ago but noticed that you can't take it if you are lactose intolerant ....so i went back and the doctor gave me rigevidon. Now since I have read about it online, its pretty clear that it shouldn't be for people with pcos? What do I do? Thank you

Back to back pill
I have been told to take the pill (
Marvelon
) continuously. They said some people might break through and when this happens to stop the pill for 4 days then start again. Apparently some people break through after a couple of months but for some people it can be 6months - 1 year.
