Antibiotics and Combined Pill

Hi all, I have suffered pelvic pain for over 2 years now. I am already diagnosed with PCOS. I have been taking the marvelon pill for ten years but I have been taking it back to back for the past year/18 months with a break every three months. In the past 6 months I have been spotting when I shouldn't be so I started taking a break every two months. However I am still spotting every 3 or so weeks. My gynae suggested I change my pill from marvelon to Celeste however I am not over convinced this will change. I have also had toncilitus and have started taking pencillin antibiotics as i have had it for four days. On the same day I started taking my antibiotics I started spotting and this has lasted for 4 days now. Does antibiotics affect my hormones or is this just a con incidence? And does increased spotting signal endometrosis? What have people done in similar situations where they have been on the pill years but started spotting more and more? 💕 Thanks in advance
