Lynparza and OC Recurrences
Then my oncologist put me on
Lynparza
. I am going to be coming off the
Lynparza
around March 2023. I am nervous but my oncologist told me that another recurrence is in the cancer's favor and it's really a matter of when not if.

Lynparza (Olaparib)
Hello ladies. I have a question about Olaparib. Is it covered by the NHS? Is it for free or you have to pay for it , or some part of it? I am new to the UK NHS and still don't know how it works.I am waiting to see an oncologist now, after finishing chemo. Is it the oncologist who prescribes it?

Treatment plan update - keep searching for the brass ring
Had previous good result from
Lynparza
for close to 2 years, and hope this will work too. 3. NY Columbia (NCT#03972657) a BiTE trial using REGN5678 combined with Libtayo/Cemiplimab. Recommended by my MO. Hoping for the best.

Anyone on Lynparza?
I would be very grateful if anyone on
Lynparza
could share their experiences - side effects, how long you have been on it and did it reduce your tumors. I have liver and lung lesions. My brain tumors are now hardly discernible on MRI and Pet/CT. thanks. Maria

Lynparza (Olaparib) gives 34% advantage with Zytiga for radiographic progression, vs Zytiga alone. For those who are Newly Hormone Resistant

Lynparza Failing?
My onc and I are trying to decide if due to the scans we continue on
Lynparza
for a while. My other option is going back to chemo. Any thoughts. Should scans override PSA increase.

Lynparza did not work
After two months of taking
Lynparza
my PSA has gone up another 100 points. I’m waiting for Dr. Zhang’s scheduler to call to set another appointment. Feeling alittle defeated but will only give myself a small window for this pity party. Hoping she has something new to try.

Radiation to zap a problematic tumor?
We have an appointment with oncologist next week and I’m pretty sure he will be going off
Lynparza
and onto Xeloda or other chemo. I’m sure that could shrink the tumor as well. Thanks!

Experience with Aranesp (darbepoetin alfa) to improve HGB count
In my case, Zytiga, Xtandi, and now
Lynparza
all seemed to contribute to my low HGB count (while continuing Lupron throughout). My HGB has been between 9.6 and 10.7 over the last 18 months, last reading 10.1.

Any thing that can help with extreme fatigue?
Started

Question about partial response chemo/trial
And then minor debulking surgery (a couple spots) in 2020 followed by less frequent chemo and maintenance (
Lynparza
) This marks the 2nd re-occurrence (2022 ... or 3rd occurrence) and carbo has just failed. We've been through this for a long time now, and prepared for it, but I have one question.
