Been on Lynparza for one month and PSA is going up -was told that it is not uncommon for PSA to rise before it falls again. Has anyone else had this experience?

I was on Lynparza for close to 2 years. It took about 2 months before PSA started to drop. Remained undetectable for 18 months before it ran its course. Am also BRCA2+.
