change of medications because of a severe drug reaction from taking zejula 100 mg

I had to stop zejula for one month and take prednisone 10 mg to detox and help eliminate inflammation ( 125 went from 9 to 20 (oncologist said it was caused by inflammation. On November 23 of this month my oncologist will start me on lynparza 250 am and 250 pm. Would like to know if this is the usual amount or should discuss a lesser amount I am so afraid of taking another drug since I had such a terrible experiencewiththis med I was diagnosed with stage 4 serious ovarian cancer April 2021

I can’t speak to your reaction to zejula, peppermentcandy, but I empathize with your worries about another drug. I’ve had some bad side effects, and they make me nervous. I think this is a part of the illness experience that doesn’t get enough attention. I hope you’re doing better now.
