Anybody advise, recommend, website/ supplier to order syringes, needles etc for self med. b12?
Given a pack of 10 B12 ampoules, and seen all the advice re two needle sizes ( for withdrawing b12, then injecting), suggested 2 ml syringe, even if 1 ml b12, swabs, even ampoule breaker. But connections to Amazon webpages no longer working , so can’t see specific recommendations or even suppliers’ names

Thank God! Natural Supplements Making RLS Much More Manageable!
Nearly two years ago my RLS intensified beyond just the horribly annoying need to move my legs while sitting or trying to sleep. Suddenly I was suffering with sensations of pressure, heat, popping, crackling, and shooting pain in my legs and feet. Severe cramps in both legs and feet every morning usually

Switching from Ropinirole to Mirapexin.
I am currently taking 2.5mg of Ropinirole a night for severe Rls. Because of my symptoms my GP is changing me to Mirapexin. He has put me on a dose of 1 Tablet at night of 0. 008. I am trying ir tonight but I'm concerned this is is no way equivalent dose of ropinirole. Because I was splitting my dose

Severe painful dry eyes. Diagnosed with Meibomian gland dysfunction.
I am a vegetarian and thinking of consuming Flaxseed oil on a daily basis. Is okay to do so? I still take Levothyroxine and have to try and manage it by using lubricating eye drops and hot compresses. But every few days I still get gritty dry eyes, red and painful. I read somewhere that consuming Flaxseed

However at the same time she had her results from her sleep test and was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and the hospital gave her a cpap machine. The doctor said it

Sjogren Syndrome
Could someone tell me if you know have a right to see an eye specialist if you have Sjogrens Syndrome. I asked my Rheumatologist and was refused saying it looked like I was doing everything I could do myself so there was no point. I also take Plaquenil for my Lupus which they are insisting I cut down

What The Heck???
I posted last month about reducing my Pramipexol from 5.0 mg a day to .75 mg per day I had heard about the horrors of Augmentation. I am now into my second week of cutting back and I'll be danged, not one restless leg episode since new dosage. I have increased my Gabapentin nightly dose from 300 mg to

Pelvic congestion syndrome (pcs)
Anyone else suffer with this? I had a ovarian vein embolization to help with chronic pelvic pain 11 months ago along with a total hysterectomy leaving ovaries in for pre existing endometrosis and 3 weeks ago ended up having the left ovary removed and congested veins down the pelvic wall to relieve symptoms

Can I avoid a blood test?
Feeling well after a lot of ups and downs and don't want my current dose to be messed with. Saw my GP today and he said I am due for thyroid bloods as last results were a little out of range. I haven't made an appointment and don't intend to just yet but will they chase me up?

Ropinerole
My meeting with Dr. Winkleman went pretty much how I expected. I knew it would mainly be med changes. One of which is ropinerole which I've been on for many years. Augmented last summer and along with my PCP we tried various meds . Ended up back on ropinirole along with lyrica 150 and lyrica 75 and
