High ALT
RT 4/19 and 6 mos
Lupron
/ casodex started 2/19. No pain or meds since treatment ended. Background : Gleason 9 with one positive lymph node in pelvis. No other mets at last scans. I'm getting confused with ALT and ALD (which is normal).

Lupron vs Trelstar
Been on
Lupron
for a year. Switched Docs, he switched me to Trelstar. And comments on which is better? Any complications from switching? My PSA has been undetectable for a year.

Wim Hof method to counteract some of the effects from ADT
Don’t know if anyone here has tried the Wim Hof method but I’ve been trying it since my
Lupron
injection in hope of fighting off ADT related brain fog, depression and fatigue and I think it has been helping me so far.

Lupron Holiday but I can't wear a swim suit.
After a year on
Lupron
I am on a break, hopefully a long break. But the added fat on my chest and lower abdomen is a daily reminder of the
Lupron
effect. I'm aware the fatty chest is permanent but is the lower abdomen fat too? I appreciate all input.

ADT and growth of breasts
I was not a victim of breast enlargement during my first injection of
Lupron
or while on Casodex but I do not know if it is any indication that my breasts won't grow once I start ADT again in a few weeks. Did any of you experience growing breasts while under ADT?

mCRPC, symptoms testosterone returning, need advice
Using
lupron
, abiraterone and prednisone, been holding his own on this for about 2-3 years. Recent labs were unremarkable and had no indications of cancer spread.

Dad/Heart Risk with ADT. Almost 3 years in PSA good.
Lupron
and Zytiga (4) plus prednisone (5mg) daily since mid 2018. 28 sessions of radiation also in early 2019. I'm worried about cardiovascular effects and weight gain. His belly is very big now. He has changed a lot in this time but PSA went from 17 to undetectable and has stayed there.

Day 9- HCG trigger shot
When I was getting my medications, they told me not to get my
Lupron
trigger yet because it's only good for 14 days, after which you have to discard it, used or unused. Fast forward, after my weekend baseline ultrasound and bloodwork, I started calling the pharmacy to send my

Some much needed good news
I've been on Xtandi for a month and I'm two months into quarterly
Lupron
shots too. I did get super bad flu symptoms from
Lupron
for a day and a half and I might get that again, but fuck it man. If that's all I'm going to get, I'll just binge watch movies until I feel better.

PSA a cautionary tale
At the time, my only medication was
Lupron
at 3 month injections. My MO ordered Xtandi to be added to the treatment. Xtandi dropped my PSA to very low levels, but also with many of the debilitation side effects that the drug causes.

PSA Surge on Zytiga
I am on Eligard 6 - month shots instead of
Lupron
. In 18 years of my battle, PSA never above 4.5 after prostatectomy. Met with my MO PA last week at Mayo Phoenix and she said let stay the course another 30 days then do scans.

Lupron or orchiectomy
My next orchiectomy “window “ comes up at month’s end when my 3 month
Lupron
is scheduled. My wife had pretty much talked me into another postponement, when i read a recent post (sorry no short term memory for Author) on topic of
Lupron
and Metformin.

Types of radiation. Which is best for pelvic bone mets?
My history: I am stage 4 mCRPC and have, over 2 years, done Docetaxel and
Lupron
with modest success and Abiraterone with no success. PSA 8. Pelvic area bone mets only; no visceral mets observed, no lymph nodes. With appreciation, Baltha
