My dad had local prostate cancer and 50 IMRT and lupron for 18 months - then was off everything until 5 years later when Psa creeped up now he has a few bone Mets- when back on lupron and Zytiga the psa is low- does that mean he is hormone sensitive still -

Yes he is still sensitive. He might consider moving to a new ADT drug if zytiga is s beginning to fail.

Great response first time around. Yep, still sensitive with low PSA on ADT.
