E.D. with cirrhosis
Do any men here take E.D. medication who have cirrhosis? If so, what meds, what stage cirrhosis? Experience and advice please. Is tadalafil (Cialis) less harsh on the liver than sildenafil (Viagra)? Other options? Of course I won't take anything without being given by my doctor.

Statins and Fatty Liver
Can anyone give me some advice. I’ve been put on a statin for my cholesterol. My G.P then said we will do a blood test in two months to make sure it’s not effecting my liver. As someone with fatty liver (unsure if I still have it) and lots of health anxiety around my liver I’m worried.

liver test results
I have not drank alcohol for 5 months now, managed to loss some weight. Had a US scan nov 22 and also back in 2016 both diagnosed a fatty liver. Blood results were doing down slowly but last test, last week GGT & alp went up. I have had flu last week .. do you think this could affect the liver function

transplant with no social support?
I have an appointment to discuss lung transplant but I have no real social support, just one elderly sibling. I did mention this to the girl on the phone but she was very breezy about it and just said when I'd had the transplant I wouldn't be let out of hospital until I was ok and the transplant would

#totallyconfused - flying with varices but no endoscopy planned for 12 months time
My partner has been through so many tests since end of March ‘23. He has been diagnosed with Cirrhosis Child-Pugh scoring A. Consultant now deciding on treatment for hepatitis strain which caused this. It’s not alcohol or fatty liver cause and he is at lower end BMI for his height and is abstinent

Is this a serious warning sign?
Hi, just want some advice really as not sure what to do. My partner had Alcoholic Hepatitis just over 2 years ago and has continued to drink in excess of 10 beers a day. In the last few days the whites of his eyes have turned yellow and he has black poo. He has lost a lot of weight and doesn't eat

Cirrhosis with vomiting and diarrhea
Spouse has confirmed Cirrhosis via biopsy, physician says stage 4. Also hepatic encephalopathy, no varices, mild ascites. Stage 4 fiber study, 67% stiffness of liver. He continues to drink 10 to 12 beers a day and 3 to 4 shots of whiskey. He refuses to quit drinking, also refuses to take the medication

Help with New Diagnosis of Cirrhosis and Holiday
My partner literally went to the GP as he had blood in his urine at the end of March '23, he was given antibiotics and it cleared up. However his urine sample showed something that made his GP contact him and request he went for blood tests. Since then and in only 6 weeks our lives have completely
