Hi can anyone advise me what does fibrosis and cirrhosis of the liver k 74 … what does it mean?

I've never seen k 74 written down anywhere on any correspondence or test result I've seen, and I've had lots, lol.

Most likely is its either a typo, I've seen lots of those. Or, it's a coding issue for statistical reporting. Its not something that seems likely to have any significance from a liver disease perspective.

Potassium can often be reported against the letter K. But this is not usually reported in the way you have set out so it doesn't seem likely to be the potassium level. The number wouldn't make sense if that was the case either. So, typo or coding is most likely the issue.
