Lipitor side effect symptoms
I stopped taking
Lipitor
and 8 weeks ago and the symptoms appear to be improving. My hands are still at times swollen like catchers mit's and the pain is at times unbearable. Has anyone else experienced symptoms as severe as I have and what has been done to reverse them.

I am on metropolol, losartan,
lipitor
, xarelto, lasix, klor con and tikosyn. I am too old for an ablation procedure - 85-year-old female. Any suggestions on how to deal with the breathlessness would be greatly appreciated.

Statins
Over the last 2 years since having a heart attack and one stent implanted I've had 2 different statins simvastatin
Lipitor
and currently Pravastatin all in turn have had an effect of causing me to have nightmares and odd dreams are all statins likely to have this side effect?

My doctor said my cholesterol was 9 and put me onto 10 mg of
Lipitor
per day. It went down to 7 after a week but she wasn't happy and told me she was referring me to the hospital. My Mum had high Cholesterol and high blood pressure. I also have high blood pressure. Any info would help. Thanks Carol

NEW HEPATITIS C DRUG SHOWS HOW BIG PHARMA GOUGES SICK PEOPLE
In contrast, it took
Lipitor
, the well-known cholesterol-lowering medication, nearly a decade to reach its record-breaking $12.9 billion in sales. Harvoni's early sales numbers are golden even by big pharma standards.

Methotrexate + methylfolate= any problems?
I also take Tribenzor,
Lipitor
, Panteprazole. Aspirin81, Actonel, various vitamins etc. I was taking folic acid until I discovered I have a homozygous C677T MTHFR mutation so now I have to take methylfolate instead.

Thumbs up for being prepared
He changed me from
Lipitor
to pravachol. The coreg he says I need but we determined that the timing of when I was taking them could be the main cause for my exercising issues.

Goals
I'm taking Eliquis,
Lipitor
, Coreg, Tikosyn and Plavix. I believe sometimes that less is more. I'd like to either reduce or eliminate most of the drugs other than the anticoagulants that I need due to the stents and maybe the Tikosyn. I never took ANY meds until last year.

Also take bisoprolol and amlodipine with
Lipitor
at night. My problem is a feeling I might fall or faint caused by a momentary pause in heart rhythm. Or a missed beat. Told by my GP after tests at hospital I could have a pacemaker fitted if I find my experiences troublesome....any thoughts.?
