Good results with plaquenil / Minocin combination
She began with a genital crater at age 16 that was so painful she could not void and ended up on Percocet 2 tabs every 3 hours with topical
lidocaine
that barely touched the pain. She sat in an oatmeal bath for 3 days, and voided in the bathtub. It was the only way to avoid the screaming pain.

Sensitive to side effects anyone?
I had a
lidocaine
infusion but that did nothing, so no more were given. I told the doc that if I was lying on the sofa all day long and not working then I could probably take these drugs, but I work, so I can't. I have now been told to take Tramadol for the pain.

Lidocaine infusion experience
Had my first
lidocaine
infusion yesterday for nerve pain. Started off on 50ml per hour and it was gradually upped to 125ml per hour. All was well to start with but on the higher dose I felt extremely dizzy and sick and felt like I was going to pass out.

A waiting game
She did 2 biopsies on the ulcers down below and gave me prednisalone and dapsone along with
lidocaine
. This was in sept. all was well and they cleared up until 2weeks ago when I thought "oh no not again".

Hi all, I am 28 years old and was diagnosed with FMS in April 2012. It took nearly two years for them to diagnose it. I was scheduled to have a lignocaine infusion last month but cancelled it because I was soooo scared. Has anyone had an infusion? I have been off work for a while now and am

Peripheral neuropathy - neuropathic pain - anyone any experience of this?
Hi everyone, Not really asthma related - well, only indirectly - but I thought I would just ask whether anyone else on here has experience of this as part of another medical condition. During my recent prolonged ICU stay (in Feb - March) I developed Critical Care Myopathy and Neuropathy - basically

Some thoughts on flares
and if not, I see my Fibro specialist for a modified Myers cocktail injection (an intramuscular injection of
lidocaine
and various vitamins and minerals) to give my body a boost). This is my first flare as a mother and I knew it would be harder now.
