positive ovulation kit and pregnancy test

hi,

I took letrozole in this cycle from 3rd August to 7thAugust. Since 9th August my LH kit is showing spike and is always above 1. Today (day16) checked pregnancy test and it shows positive. I am not sure whether pregnancy test is false positive and not sure why my lh is always high. It never happened in my prev cycles. Did anyone had similar experience ?

Hey. I know with PCOS another poster had commented previously that they experienced LH surges at different points in their cycle. I can’t remember if that was on this forum or the PCOS one. Have you done any other HCG tests that are positive?

Would you consider mira ovulation tracker. Shows a 7 day fertility window shows lh surges. Puts them on a graph for analysis. Exact lh levels in urine. Not just the strips. X

hi, thank you both. I checked with clear blue digital and it showed 2-3 weeks pregnant. But I had severe abdominal pain yesterday ..so went to emergency room and had hcg and scan. Hcg was 378 and scan showed few cysts in my ovaries ans free fluid. The doctors asked to watch and wait . I am quite nervous of not knowing what’s happening with me. My LH level still remains very high .
