Pain worse at night
Usually taking
Levsin
helps but that is barely helping this time. I'm thinking this is something worse than IBS, eve though my doctor assured me it's not. I'm on the FODMAP diet, which is horrible. Nothing sounds good to eat and have been nauseous at times.

after feeling well for the first time in over a year, my blood results are back, could you please advice?
August has been the best month as I finally had energy! Since this forum's precious and irreplaceable advice, I begun supplementing with Vitamin D, C, iron, B12 and B complex, K2, and continued my HLC and pepsin, cider vinegar/lemon and probiotics. I am in 125 T4 which I take last thing at night and

Betaine HCL
Good morning, I have been taking the above, 600 mg betaine, 60mg pepsin as I suspected low stomach acid. I am up to 7 tablets with each meal with no warm sensation in my stomach as described on numerous websites. Is this normal and how far do I go? Any advice or insight would be appreciated.

Betaine with pepsin - how long to work?
Hi again all - I was recently diagnosed with silent reflux and prescribed Omaprozal, which I took for a couple of days and made my entire body feel more acidic than I have ever known (I hadn't actually had any feelings of acid, just the sore throats from the reflux). I started Betaine with pepsin yesterday

GERD/Reflux/bloating
Wondering if anyone has found a miracle cure for this? So far tried grain, free dairy free diet, lowish FODMAPs, probiotics, HCL with Betaine & Pepsin, digestive enzymes. Anything else worth trying? Would be great if my daughter's guts would settle down in time for her A levels. TIA.

Hi, would love your advice please. My ferritin level never goes beyond 30 (typical range over last 10 years= 16-29) despite taking floradix or iron supplements and my B12 remained unaffected by mega doses of B12 supplements until I injected. I'm assuming I have an absorption/gut problem (because I eat

Hello. I had tests and a scan last year for irregular bowel movements and was told I had a contracted gall bladder and low TSH (I didn't know what that meant) and would have 6 monthly blood tests. Hi I am currently on 3 grains of Nature Thyroid and 25mg T3 (self medicating, was on 100 Levo before it all went wrong). I wake up every morning with hardly any pulse and also feeling cold (I never feel the cold). I have gone off my food and lost a little weight and am having terrible problems with
