Latest Bloods - Dr requested a review
An update after my last post in February. Dr put my Levo up by 25mcg, so I have been taking 125mcg per day since the beginning of March. Due to no appts, I’ve eventually got the bloods done that I requested through the GP. They’ve just texted me a routine appt for May, after the Dr has reviewed my results

Doctor mentioned Richters???
I am on the Bruin trial and was randomized to Arm B which is Idelalisib and Rituximab ( 6 months of infusions ). My bloodwork so far has shown slight improvement since the start in January of this year. Now at my last blood work and appointment the doctor has noticed some lymph nodes increasing in size

Looking for advice after recent chest pain.
Bloods from August this year showed a cholesterol of 5, triglycerides of 1.5, HDL of 1.3,
LDL
of 3, and HbA1c of 37. ECG on 28th November showed sinus rhythm with a PR interval of 140ms, QTc of 412ms and there was no ischemia. I had a previous exercise tolerance test in 2016 which was positive.

Hashimoto’s?
I practice yoga Pilates once a week, watch what I eat but now I have Type 2 diabetes, NAFLD and high
ldl
and Bp for the first time. I had gestational diabetes which was diet controlled and had an amazing water birth so I don’t have any unresolved trauma or anything.

Pls help with blood tests
My gp did some test and they only found that my
LDL
Colesterol was raised and deficiency of vitamin D. I was referred to neurology. I had a MRI to my back and an EMG nerve conducted test and came back all fine. I have been discharged with Clonazepam.

Recent MMH blood test
Good morning, some of you may remember that I was going to do my first finger prick blood test with MMH but I bottled it! I managed to get the lovely nurse at my GP surgery to fill my 2 tubes when she was doing my routine thyroid tests in readiness for my Endo appointment next week. She filled an empty

ARE STATINS MAKING ME DIABETIC
My
LDL
was 1.4 its 0.8 on the higher dose , which is not that different and my cholesterol was 2.9 and its down to 2.3 on the higher dose , so not much difference by doubling the dose. However my cardiologist tells me all the research to halt the progression is based on the 40g dose.

What's in a word?
Health care in the UK has seen a change in the last couple of years. Patients with one or more long term conditions are now asked about their experiences and how they would like to be treated. Carers are also consulted. Well done to all the organisations and Universities that go that extra mile, you

High Lactate Dehydrogenase LDH
Can anyone inform me if a high LDH is normal post prostatectomy, op was in September 2022. Results just back for LDH. PSA however has twice now been 0.01, great news. Just thinking if the LDH is high because of post op recovery. I also realise it can be high for other reasons. I have been feeling

how my appointment went -with results
I saw a professor who is on the ‘list’ he performed lots of tests. MRI all normal. Thyroid bloods in my profile from Nov jan TSH 0.58 and FT4 11.5 same ranges as previous. we went back to through my bloods since 2017 it seems my TSH and FT4 always waiver between 0.35-1 and FT4 no more than 12.
